As a trader, you only cry if all you do is trading out of greed, refusing to remember that there's no continues going up without coming down, and also refusing to keep in mind that there's no going down without going up. Always know when to take a break and watch the market make a move before you move. Even if you are ever going to loose something, let it be part of your profit but not your capital.
