How to Identify Fake Binance Support Phone Numbers

2018-12-11 00:20
For security reasons, Binance Support is only available on the official Binance website. Anyone calling you and claiming to be from Binance is a scammer. Binance Support would never proactively reach out to your on unofficial channels (phone, social media such as Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
Binance will never — under any circumstances — proactively contact users via unofficial channels to offer investment advice, entry into a free giveaway, a “backdoor” to unlock your Binance account, or ask you to send coins directly to any address for any reason.
When someone claims to be a “Binance employee”, don’t instantly trust them. Pay attention to the username or email address associated with their account. You can use Binance Verify to verify the authenticity of the username or email contacting you. However, you should still exercise caution if the Telegram ID appears as “Verified”.
If you suspect someone is impersonating Binance, please get in touch with our support team by following the steps outlined in How to Report Scams on Binance Support.
